Loren Berry

"I've been fortunate to know many people who have shared with me a faith in the individual's ability to achieve, a willingness to work hard —very hard— and a strong belief in the free enterprise system."

From humble beginnings

The Berry Family Foundation originated from Loren Berry and John Berry Sr.'s philosophy of giving and commitment to the region.

- John Berry Jr.
Vision is perception, spiced by imagination; challenge, backed
by daring.

It can
be done.

Established in 1960, the Berry Family Foundation's mission is to perpetuate Loren and John Berry Sr.’s passion for free enterprise and a strong Dayton community. We do this by providing grants to organizations that align with our mission and core beliefs.
